ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

2. This Court, while disposing of the Writ Petition by order dated 22.04.2025, has directed the 1st respondent as follows: "3.A direction is given to the first respondent to examine this particular recommendation of the second respondent dated 14.12.2023 in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.A2/70640/2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the case of the petitioner has been duly considered and orders have been passed on merits vide GO.(2D).No.599 dated 04.09.2025 by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Chennai.
