ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for a direction for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.265 of 2023 in O.S.No.21 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tindivanam.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 29.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam. I requested the learned District Munsif to specify as to how long she would take to 1/3

dispose of the said application. In compliance of the said order, the learned District Munsif has sent a report, dated 03.09.2024. In the report, she stated that the said application will be disposed of by September, 2024.

3. Recording the statement given by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of requesting her to dispose of the said application on or before 30.09.2024.
