ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.09.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26019 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the

representation submitted by the petitioners, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 14.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 14.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
