This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S. No. 311 of 2000 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Alandur.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 23.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif Court at Alandur as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit. The report has been sent stating 1/3

that the suit is at the stage of arguments. The respondent in the civil revision petition has sought for time to prefer a revision against the order passed by the learned Judge in I.A. 132 of 2016. Hence, it stated there has been some delay. In order to give the breathing time to both sides, I am inclined to request the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from today.
