ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.09.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26021 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order by the proceeding dated 14.08.2025. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 14.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
