Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo issued by the second respondent in T.D.P.Case No.18/2011 in ROC.No.371/2011/A2, dated 25.7.2011. O R D E R

The charge memo dated 25.07.2011 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that at the time of filing of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the writ petitioner, which was pending before the Tribunal in proceedings No.18/2011. The learned counsel further submitted that now the enquiry proceedings were completed and the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, Coimbatore, submitted its report. Thus, the disciplinary authority has to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings.

3.In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider all the materials and the reports available on regard and take a decision and pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
