O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.107 of 2019 dated 27.04.2019, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan (crl.side) would submit that a case in Crime No.107 of 2019 has been referred as mistake of fact and closed on 30.04.2019. He would submit that the copy of the closure report also sent to the petitioner.

3.At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received the copy of the closure report.

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report by way of protest petition in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
