The present petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.32 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions contended that the investigation is concluded and a final report has been filed on the file of the leaned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani on 24.01.2013.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
