This application has been filed by the applicants to accept the English Translation of the Tamil Will executed by Mr.A.Sundarrajan, dated 10.08.2022, in the main Original Petition.

2. According to the applicants, they filed the main Original Petition for the grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will executed by Mr. A. Sundarrajan dated 10.08.2025. The said Will was executed in Tamil, and now they want to produce the English translated copy, as per law.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition if it is otherwise in order.
