(Impleaded as per order dated 05.09.2019 BY PBAJ) Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent as the Regulator to initiate action against the respondents 1 & 2 for cancellation of the license to carry on business as Non-Banking Housing Finance Company based on the Petitioners' complaint No. COMP/1893/2019

dated 01.04.2019 and Complaint No.COMP/3764/2019 dated 09.07.2019 and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to close the loan account of the petitioners in loan A/c No.HOU/CHE/0515/222459, issue a no due certificate, discharge the mortgage created for the said loan by a registered discharge receipt and hand over the original title deeds of the property. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent as the Regulator to initiate action against the respondents 1 & 2 for cancellation of the license to carry on business as Non-Banking Housing Finance Company based on the Petitioners' complaint No. COMP/1893/2019 dated 01.04.2019 and Complaint No.COMP/3764/2019 dated 09.07.2019 and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to close the loan account of the petitioners in loan A/c No.HOU/CHE/0515/222459, issue a no due certificate, discharge the mortgage created for the said loan by a registered discharge receipt and hand over the original title deeds of the property.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has made the following endorsement to that effect:- "This writ petition has been settled out of Court in an amicable way. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw this Writ petition."

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
