ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We find that similar relief was sought in the earlier round of litigation and this court disposed of the petition allowing the petitioner to represent the authorities for reclassification of land.

2. In the absence of there being any illegality in action of respondents, this court may not issue any writ restraining the respondents from using the land for such purposes as may be considered appropriate by the authorities.

3. Whether the land should be reserved for construction of marriage hall or for other purposes is essentially a matter to be decided by the authorities and not by the court. It would, however, be open to the petitioner to persuade the authorities to apply the land for the purposes as prayed for. However, no mandamus can be issued. The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
