O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.315 of 2016 on the file of the SubDivisional Magistrate (North) at Puducherry and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is involved in several cases and therefore, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (North), Puducherry, has initiated a proceeding in MC.No.315 of 2016 under Section 110 Cr.P.C and issued show cause notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to appear before him to show case as to why he should not execute a bond, challenging which, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. This Court will loathe to interfere in matters relating to issuance of show cause notice. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the SubDivisional Magistrate (North) and tender his explanation. Thereafter, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (North) is directed to pass orders in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
