This application has been filed seeking for amendment of O.P.No.497 of 2021, as according to the applicant, by inadvertence, the share of the minor was wrongly mentioned in the petition filed in support of O.P.No.497 of 2021. The details of the amendment sought for have been mentioned in the affidavit.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. 3.

Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. 4.

The applicant is directed to carry out the amendment and after carrying out the amendment, the Registry is directed to list O.P.No.497 of 2021 for hearing on 23.11.2021.
