By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order dated 24.09.2015 passed by the first respondent, which was passed on the basis of the representation dated 21.05.2012 submitted by the petitioner for transfer of patta in his name for the property bearing Old No.37, New No.6, Besant Avenue, Adayar, Chennai-600 020 admeasuring an extent of 138.5 square meter of 1500 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.41(part), Block https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.8, T.S.No.34 as per patta (A NO.263/87-88, Survey No.41/1 (part) .S.No.34/2, Urur Village, Mylapore- Triplicane Taluk.
3. The case of the petitioner is that despite a direction given by the first respondent on 24.09.2015 to the second respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, seeking for transfer of patta, the same has not been implemented so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard both sides. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made on either side, as per the directions of the first respondent, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
