This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to mark photocopies of documents in TOS No.2 of 2017.

2. No representation for the respondent/defendant.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/plaintiff to mark the photocopies of documents as listed in the Judges summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Master Court for recording evidence on 15.09.2023.
