ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call the records in impugned order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the documents dated 27.09.2021 executed and presented by the petitioner for selling the property in favour of Dr.G.Gananathan, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

Now, the purchaser reported that the said document has been registered by the respondent as Document No.4721 of 2021, dated 16.11.2021 and released in his favour.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
