This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in FIR.No.7 of 2016 within a time fixed stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration that the FIR was registered only in the year 2016 and further the offence relates to Section 120(B) and 420 IPC, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
