The vakalat filed by the counsel was not put up in the bundle. It is also submitted that Mr.T.Murugamanickam was designated as a Senior counsel and thats why he could not appear. Therefore the matter was heard ex-parte.

The mistake on the part of the counsel should not adversely affect the litigant that is why considering the hardship caused to the parties, delay is condoned and the matter is posted for hearing on 14.12.2021.
