Crl.M.P.No.11211 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11136 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.11136 of 2024 dated 08.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11136 of 2024 dated 08.05.2024 is relaxed in toto.
