ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to transfer the assignment patta in HS.18/1413 from the name of the petitioner's vendor to the petitioner's name by virtue of the registered sale deed in Doc.No.2644/2021 dt 11.08.2021 on the file of the SRO, Arakkonam in respect of Plot No.15 in S.No.84/1, Kainoor Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District to an extent of 1292 sq.ft. based on the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2023, 15.05.2023, 26.05.2023, 30.10.2023, 11.03.2024, 25.06.2024, 05.05.2025.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2023, 15.05.2023, 26.05.2023, 30.10.2023, 11.03.2024, 25.06.2024, 05.05.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
