Prayer: Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in his letter No.25313/D1/2008-3, dated 9.12.2011, and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to sanction one post of physical education teacher (working in the 4th respondent school) and consequently approve the petitioner appointment in the said post from the date of petitioner's initial appointment i.e. from 3.8.1994, with salary and other consequential service benefits.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, dated 15.04.2015, in W.A.No.1374 of 2013, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
