This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8239 of in Crl.OP.No.4644 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is almost completed.

3.Considering the said submission and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and the investigation is yet to be completed, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first day of the English Calender month for six (6) months."
