O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to produce the body of the petitioner's wife the detenue, namely, Priya, W/o.Venkatesan, aged 30 years and his children, namely, Sujith, S/o.Venkatesan, aged 14 years and Teja Shree, D/o.Venkatesan, aged 12 years before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a difference of opinion between the petitioner / husband and his wife, due to which, his wife left the matrimonial home along with her children, which culminated into filing of the present petition. This Court, by an order dated 14.08.2025, referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre to find out the feasibility of resolving the issue. It is further represented that before the Mediator, the parties have agreed to settle their disputes amicably.

Court, Madras has forwarded the Mediation Report dated 04.09.2025, intimating the completion of mediation and has also enclosed the Settlement Agreement of the parties. For the sake of convenience, the scanned copies of Settlement Agreement are appended hereunder: 3/6
