This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19677 of 2022 i.e., the petitioner shall register his marriage with the victim girl immediately after coming from the prison and shall produce the Registration of Marriage certificate before the respondent police on or before 12.09.2022, failing which the bail stands automatically cancelled and the respondent police is directed to secure the petitioner and proceed in accordance with Law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also filed an affidavit before this Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall register his marriage with the victim girl immediately after both attains majority and shall produce the Registration of Marriage certificate before the respondent police, failing which the bail stands automatically cancelled and the respondent police is directed to secure the petitioner and proceed in accordance with Law. 14.09.2022 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
