Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarifed mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to orders Letter No. 28952/P/2010-1 P & A.R. (P) Department dated 29.06.2010 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in Tamilnadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC Ltd.) from the date of his initial appointment as Assistant and absorb the petitioner in regular establishment in regular time scale of pay in any of the Departments of Government.
