O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 25.01.2016. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in page No.1 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the typed set of papers, it is stated that the petitioner has given a letter to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madipakkam, dated 26.11.2014 and that the Assistant Commissioner has taken appropriate action for getting water. In page No.2 of the typed set of papers, it is stated that the petitioner has requested the police to take action against one Venkatachalam by arresting him, who is giving trouble to the petitioner.

4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides and on perusing the typed set of papers, this Court is not inclined to give a direction to the respondents to register the case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
