O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondent to include petitioner's name in Patta No.2879 relevant to the land in S.F.No. 227/15B1 (Old S.F.No. 660/15B), in Keelapuliyur South Village of Kunnam Taluk , Perambalur District by considering petitioner's application dated 24.06.2024.

2. The petitioner claims that his father Arumugam executed a gift deed settling the share in the property in favour of petitioner by registered gift deed dated 16.09.2025. Based on the said document, the petitioner submitted an application on 24.06.2024 seeking inclusion of his name in the patta along with one Thangammal. The said application has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court by way of writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the application of the petitioner would be considered within a time fixed by this Court.. 2/4

In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the interested parties.
