2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing the shops in the Nandavanam situated in the premises of Arulmigu Chellandiammal Thirukoil, Perundurai, Erode District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated that as on date, there is no proposal to convert the Nandavanam into shopping complex.
