O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has already moved the concerned authority, which is the Election Commission, vide representation dated 11.04.2016 and it is for the Election Commission to look into the issue of the voters' list.

2.We expect the Election Commission would naturally look into this issue while finalising the voters' list for the Local Body elections, which are stated to be now impending. 3.Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
