2024-08-06Honourable Mr.Justice P. Dhanabal1 pages

Crl.M.P.No.11184 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10817 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.O.P.No.10817 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission and since this Court has given a specific direction, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four months, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
