O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 28.04.2023 made in W.P.No.10908 of 2023. 2.This Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 made in W.P.No. 10908 of 2023 issued direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action through respondents 2 to 6 therein to exhume the body that has been buried in S.F.No.201/3 by respondents 7 to 11 therein and to bury the remains of the dead body in the designated existing burial ground at S.F.No.205/1.

3.The first respondent has filed compliance affidavit dated 07.09.2023, wherein, in paragraph no.8, it is stated as follows: "8.It is submitted that in the presence of the officials of the Revenue 2/4

Divisional Officer, Tiruttani, Assistant Director (Panchayat), Tiruvallur, Deputy Superintend of Police, Tiruttani, tahsildar, Pallipet, Block Development Officer, Pallipattu and Medical Officer, Pallipattu the buried body of Narashimhalu Naidu was exhumed from the S.F.No.201/3 at 05.45 A.M on 13.08.2023 and the exhumed body was relaid in Survey No.201/1 of Nochili Village at 07.40 AM on 13.08.2023. The 5th respondent has provided necessary police bandhobust all the time of carrying out the above exercise. No law and order problem is arisen. Thus, the order of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.10908 of 2023 on 28.04.2023 has since been complied with."

4.Recording the same and since there is no willful disobedience, this Contempt Petition is closed.
