The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in D.V.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that originally the interim order granted by this Court on 11.11.2016 has not been complied with by the petitioners. Further, by order, dated 15.02.2017, the time was extended upto 13.03.2017 and thereafter, the same has not been complied with. He further submitted that the respondent was set exparte in D.V.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and hence, necessary petition also came to be filed.

3. In these circumstances, no orders required to be passed in this Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed. It is always open to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
