sms 2.FIR of the year 2016 has not to be quashed and the offence alleging the complaint are under Sections 143, 448, 341 and 506(2) IPC.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that final report already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, if it is so it is open to the petitioner herein to challenge the final report if taken cognizance both on the point of limitation and other grounds by way of discharge.
