In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd Respondent to dispose of his representation dated 1.8.2016 seeking for disbursement of the retirement benefits.
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 1.8.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
