ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.8360 of 2021 dated 01.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8360 of 2021, has been complied with. To that effect, the third respondent has also filed a compliance report. Relevant portion of the report reads as under:-

I humbly submit that after detailed perusal of all the materials facts and documentary evidences and personal inspection, the enquiry proceedings has been completed and the final order has been passed in this office Proc.Rc.No.13915/2019/C1 dated 18.01.2014 and the copies of the order has been dispatched to the concerned parties respectively. I submit that the order made in W.P.No.8360 of 2021 dated 01.08.2022 has been executed accordingly and the plea sought by the contemnor has already been redressed.

10.I humbly submit that the Hon'ble Court may please consider my unconditional apology but there has never been wilful negligence and disobedience in this regard and hence I request the Hon'ble Court to record the above submission and pass appropriate order and thus render justice."

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 to 5 also confirms the same.
