It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner herein Ajith @ Gopalakrishnan, as on date ie., on 15.12.2023 is not an accused in Cr.No. 233 of 2023 registered by the respondent / K3, Aminjikarai Police Station, Chennai under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC.

2. It is also stated that the investigation is in progress.

3. If need arises, the petitioner is always at liberty to file a fresh application.

4. At this stage, this Petition stands dismissed.
