G.P.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5118 of 2021 to execute sureties.
