This petition has been filed to amend the prayer portion of the affidavit and also the order passed in WP No.20803 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023, as Survey No.10/1B, 10/3A instead of Survey No.10/1A, 10/3C situated at RC Chettipatti, Kotamettupatti village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
