Complaining that the petitioner's wife is holding illegal custody of his minor children, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.After notice, the respondent police have produced the petitioner's wife as well as his two minor children. The petitioner is also present before this Court. The learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and his wife are willing to reconcile and live together as a family.

3.Since the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, no further orders are required in the present petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs.
