WMP.No. 24554 of 2024 in W.PNo.18163 of 2024 The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and K.Kumaresh Babu, J., (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The prayer sought for in the miscellaneous petition is to implead petitioners 1 to 7, who represent themselves as devotees to the temple, as proposed respondents 9 to 15 in the above writ petition.

In light of the fact that the above writ petition has been closed based on the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent/CMRL and the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties concerned, the present Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
