The petitioner herein is the accused in Crime No.99 of 2024 given by his wife for causing hurt in the Court premises, when the divorce proceedings was pending.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that it is a false complaint engineered by the father of the 2nd respondent and in fact he has given a complaint and same has been registered in Crime No.100 of 2024 as against Hasmathullah, Tamil and another unknown person.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that it is a case and case in counter which are under investigation. After ascertaining the aggressor, final report will be filed.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as premature. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed 06.09.2024 rpl To 2/4
