This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the first respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.12.2021 passed in W.P.No.26158 of 2021.

2.This Court, by order, dated 09.12.2021 in W.P.No.26158 of 2021 had directed the Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2021 and to dispose of the same within six weeks.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner's name has been removed from the History Sheeter's list. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced a copy of the order complying with the direction of this Court. 5.Recording the said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
