This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the vehicle TATA SUMO bearing registration No.TN-05M5599 to the petitioner which has been seized on 01.10.2012 in Crime No.263 of 2012 offence under Section 4(1) (aa) TNP Act by ordered at Tindivanam Judicial Magistrate No.II, dated 08.10.2012, in C.M.P.No.1918 of 2012.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is appearing for the respondent and there was no representation for petitioner.
