This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police, not to harass the petitioner herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by Mani, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.1278 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 20.11.2021. He would further submit that the third respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
