ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22.04.2025 wherein the petitioner has alleged that illegal quarrying is taking place in a property which has been classified as a "Kulam".

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the District Collector, Myiladuthurai wherein it is seen that the representation made by the petitioner has already been received and a decision is yet to be taken by the 1st respondent. 3.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
