This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy. There are four cases pending against him. Hence, the police are keeping watch on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to maintain watch on the petitioner, without harassing his family members. As and when the petitioner is called for any enquiry, he should co-operate with the police. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
