30am before the concerned court till the filling of the Charge Sheet and thereafter as an when required for interrogation order and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 07.09.2021 , this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 07.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a monthi.e., on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing. All other conditions remain unaltered.
