This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.15942 of 2023, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Thiruvannamalai in Spl.CC.No.36 of 2023. 3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the Court below during the dates of hearing. 4.This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. 29.08.2023 KP Note: Issue order copy on 30.8.2023.
