Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents/department have preferred an appeal challenging the order passed in W.P.No.27692 to 27695 and 24187 to 24192 of 2017 along with an application to condone the delay of 278 days. The condone delay application was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 28.8.2019. Challenging the dismissal order passed by the Division Bench, the department has filed an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and he also placed copy of the order passed by the Apex Court. By order, dated 22.11.2019, the Apex Court has granted stay of the operation of the impugned judgment.

2. Recording the aforesaid order of stay granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.A.No.25262 and 25271 of 2019, dated 22.11.2019, all the contempt petitions are closed. 2/3

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition if so necessary. No costs.
