The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 19.06.2023 is sought to be modified.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3.Hence the condition modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
